Frequently Asked Questions Orders and Deliveries

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 8-15 working days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This business model unique allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs, offering you products at a lower price than our competitors and covering shipping costs ourselves.

Question: The estimated delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?

Response: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected time. Unfortunately, it may happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track Your Order. Haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Contact us.

Question: Some products are missing from my order, how come?

Answer: Because we work with several suppliers, it may happen that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?

Answer: Shipping costs for the order are completely free.

Exchange and Returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days.

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags still attached. The product should show no signs of use. A return shipment must always include a tracking code (Track C Trace). The shipper is always responsible for the shipment.

As soon as we receive the returned items, we will make sure purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 days.

Question: Where can I find my tracking code (Track C Trace)?

Answer: On this page you can enter your e-mail address and order number to track your package.

Question: The tracking code does not provide information, why is that?

Answer: From the time your package arrives at the shipping company, the tracking code data will be available. Please keep in mind that there may be a slight delay between when your package is shipped and when your order status is updated.
